Connect Apple Health or Health Connect and heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen, steps and sleep arrive on their own — from whichever watch or cuff they already own. No wearable? Type it, or just say it.
Meals, with the part that matters flagged
Photograph the plate or type “two rotis and dal”. You get a calorie estimate, a note on the balance, and a flag when a food may contain something on their allergy list.
Medicines, without the nagging
Reminders go out, confirmations come back, and every pair of medicines is checked for known interactions. You stop asking “did you take it?” because you can already see the answer.

She is in her seventies, in Chennai. I am in Texas. She did not want to bother me, so she did not mention the fall on our daily WhatsApp call. Her neighbour told my sister. My sister told me. By then she was already walking.
I spent the next year building exactly what I wished I had — one place where my sister, my mother’s caregiver, her cardiologist and I could see the same picture of how today was actually going.
That same year I sat with administrators of two assisted-living facilities in Chennai running the same problem at scale: trained staff collecting careful data, families across continents who could not see any of it. ANSR is built for both.

Both, equally. ANSR is one platform with two surfaces. A family member living a continent away sees the person they care for — at home or in a partnered facility — through a calm mobile app. A facility runs admissions, rounds, vitals, meds and clinical alerts through a staff portal, with the family view built in, not sold as a second product. Same backbone, different views.
No. Most of our early families are caring for a parent in India from abroad, and that is the story we tell first because it is the one we lived. But ANSR is built around a person and their care circle, whoever that person is. You can set up a profile for a parent, a spouse, a sibling recovering from surgery — or for yourself, managing your own health with your family looped in. That last one is a first-class choice in onboarding, not a workaround.
That is fine. For families caring at home, the only requirement for the person at home is the ability to receive and reply to a WhatsApp message, which works on a basic handset. No app download, no account, nothing to learn. For facility residents, staff handle check-ins through the portal. The dashboard, alerts and summaries live with the family member on iOS or Android either way.

Wearables measure. ANSR interprets — and coordinates. A BP cuff tells you a number; ANSR tells you whether that number matters given the baseline, the last 30 days of readings and the medications on board. More importantly it closes the coordination gap: your sibling in London and the caregiver in Chennai see the same picture you do. ANSR works alongside a wearable, and equally well without one.
Today: Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and English — plus Tanglish and Hinglish the way families actually type. Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati and Punjabi are in first-pass review with native speakers ahead of general release.
