Principle 01
Every AI alert rule is reviewed by a practising physician before it goes live. No 'maybe this is a useful insight' — either a cardiologist says this pattern matters, or we don't ship it. We'd rather be late than wrong.
Principle 02
Every feature starts in a conversation with a family or an ALF administrator already using something — spreadsheets, paper charts, WhatsApp groups. We ship in weeks, sit with them using it, and rework. Each customer is named and reachable.
Principle 03
Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, English, and mixed Tanglish are defaults today — with a roadmap of languages for wherever the family is. The product works with Apollo, Fortis, Manipal, and AIIMS paperwork, with US-based family doctors and partner facilities, and is ready to extend to hospital systems in any market we land in. Your rights over the data follow you: GDPR in the EEA, the DPDP Act 2023 in India, one deletion path either way. The Indian diaspora is our starting point, not our boundary.
Three ways to pay, same product. Assisted-living facilities pay a per-resident monthly fee that includes onboarding, staff training, and quarterly clinical review. Employers and community groups can cover their people by the household seat, on one invoice, without seeing anyone’s care. Families start free: 90 days of ANSR Care Plus with every feature and up to two profiles, no card asked for. After that you move to ANSR Care — everything except the AI features — and stay there as long as you like; you pay only when you want ANSR Care Plus, with the AI features, or for more than two people. We’re still finalising the facility numbers with our first partners — write to us if you’d like to be part of that conversation.
Live on Google Play and the App Store. Friends and family tested ANSR with us for months before it shipped. The app is public on both stores now, and we are onboarding facilities and individual families directly — every one of them still gets a person, not a queue.
What we will never do: sell your data, share it with insurers, run ads, charge per alert, or lock clinical summaries behind a higher tier. The product is either worth paying for, or it isn’t.
