1. Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open the ANSR Health app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Privacy & Security.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- Enter the one-time code sent to your registered email or phone to verify the request.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on all devices.
2. Request deletion by email
Use this option if you no longer have the app installed or can no longer sign in.
3. What gets deleted
- Your profile and login identifiers (name, email, phone number)
- All health records, vitals, medications, and check-in history
- All uploaded medical documents and photos
- Conversation and voice-message history
4. Retention timelines
Deleted data is removed from production systems within 30 days and from encrypted backups within 90 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. Records we are legally required to keep (for example, billing records) are retained only for the mandated period and then destroyed.
5. Family accounts
What happens to a family member’s health records depends on where those records live:
- You joined someone else’s family circle: deleting your account removes your own data and your access. The family member’s records remain with the account that owns them.
- The records live in your account (you created the family member’s profile): deleting your account permanently deletes those records too, and other family members lose access to them. Make sure your family is aware before you delete.
- Your family member is in a care facility on ANSR: their care records belong to the facility’s account and are not deleted when you delete your own account.
6. Delete some data without closing your account
You do not have to delete your ANSR Health account to remove individual pieces of data:
- In the app: uploaded medical documents, photos, and health records (conditions, allergies, lab results, procedures, immunizations, care instructions, follow-ups) can be deleted directly from the screen where they appear.
- By email: for anything not deletable in the app (for example vitals history, check-in history, or medication entries), write to hello@ansrhealthai.com from your registered email with the subject “Data deletion request”, describing the data you want removed. We will verify your identity and complete the request within 7 days.
The same retention timelines apply: removed from production systems within 30 days and from encrypted backups within 90 days.
