Everything ANSR does
ANSR is not a step tracker with a family login. It is the whole picture of one person’s care — the daily check-in, the readings, the medicines, the meals, the paperwork and the people — held together so that anyone who is allowed to look sees the same thing you do.
Not a dashboard of numbers. A short, human answer to “how are they doing”, arriving before you have to ask for it.
One gentle question each day — over WhatsApp, in the app, or spoken aloud. Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and English today, plus Tanglish and Hinglish the way families actually type. Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati and Punjabi are in native review. The person replying needs no app and no password.
Not “took all 3 medications” every night until you stop opening it. The digest is a change report: what is different from their own baseline, what nobody has recorded in days, what is coming tomorrow — and their own words from the check-in, not a summary of them.
Every check-in, reading, medicine, meal, document and note in the order it happened, on the person it happened to. A month view shows which days have something on them before you open any of them.
Fill in a little of their life — the people they speak to, what they like doing, how they take their tea — and the check-in asks about those things by name instead of asking a stranger's questions.
Rather than scrolling back three weeks to find out when the dizziness started, ask in plain language. ANSR answers from their own record — and the timeline is right there when you want to read the entries yourself.
Nothing buzzes their phone at 2am — not theirs and not yours. A genuine emergency is the one thing allowed to cut through, which is the only way quiet hours stay trustworthy enough to leave on.

Connect Apple Health or Health Connect and heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure, respiratory rate, body temperature, steps and sleep arrive on their own — from whichever watch or cuff they already own, since we read the platform and not a brand. No wearable? A reading can be typed, or simply spoken.
One nightly total keyed to when they actually went to bed, rather than a scatter of fragments that makes a broken night look like a good one. It feeds the same baseline everything else does, so a fortnight of bad sleep shows up as a trend and not as trivia.
Photograph the plate or type “two rotis and dal”. ANSR estimates the calories, notes whether the balance looks reasonable, flags foods that may contain a listed allergen, and weighs its notes against their actual conditions — diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease — rather than generic advice.
A real schedule with reminders and confirmations, an adherence record you can hand a doctor, and pairwise interaction checks run against RxNav, the U.S. National Library of Medicine's drug-interaction service. Refills and end dates are tracked too.
Conditions, allergies, immunisations, lab results, procedures, family history and lifestyle — entered once, visible to whoever in the circle you allow, and carried into every summary ANSR produces.
The range that counts as fine for a 78-year-old on three blood-pressure medicines is not the textbook range. Every threshold that drives an alert can be set per person, so ANSR stops crying wolf about a number their own doctor is comfortable with.
Most days ANSR should be quiet. What matters is what it does on the day it isn't.
One high blood-pressure reading is not news. Three in a row, against their own fortnight-long baseline, is — and so is a missed check-in on the day after a symptom was reported. Every alert names what it saw and links to the thing that triggered it.
The Care Stability Index turns a week into one number out of 100 and a colour — green, amber or red — from how their readings moved against baseline, how the medicines actually went, and how consistently the check-ins were answered. It shows the change from last week and names the two or three things that moved it, so “a bad week” has reasons attached.
One tap alerts every authorised person simultaneously — family, the caregiver, on-call staff — instead of starting a relay of phone calls. The event stays open on the timeline until somebody resolves it.
A fall, a bad reaction, a difficult afternoon: recorded with a photo if there is one, the family told deliberately rather than accidentally, and the follow-up it generated tracked until it is closed.
Your sibling abroad, the caregiver at home, the nurse on duty and the doctor at the next appointment — each seeing what they need and nothing they don't.
Invite family, a caregiver, or facility staff, each with their own level of access. Adding people never costs more — a profile is a person being cared for, not a seat for a person doing the caring.
Photograph a prescription, a lab report or a discharge summary and ANSR pulls out the medicines, the dates and the doctor's name so the document is searchable later instead of being one more photo in a camera roll. You see what it read and can correct it before it is saved.
Generate a thirty-day clinical summary on the way to an appointment — vitals trend, medication adherence, alerts, recent symptoms — as a document you can share.
Staff can send the family a written update with up to ten photos or videos attached, from the same system they already use for rounds. It lands on the timeline, not in a WhatsApp group that scrolls away.
Recurring things — the morning walk, the Tuesday physio, the monthly blood test — kept in one list with the whole circle able to see what is due, what is done, and what got pushed.
Every read of the care record is logged, not just every change. Letting a caregiver or a facility into someone's health history is a real decision, and it should come with a real trail.

Third consecutive BP reading above her own baseline. One alert, to everyone authorised, naming the three readings.

A care product that overstates itself is worse than one that does less. These are the limits, on the page rather than in the terms.
It is not a replacement for 108, 911, 999 or 112. It is the system that catches slow patterns, not the one that drives an ambulance.
Calories and nutrient balance come from a photograph or a description read by a model. Treat them as a useful approximation, never as a measurement.
ANSR matches the food against a list of ingredients commonly found in it. That is not a label reading, and the absence of a flag is never an all-clear.
