When someone takes unplanned leave because something happened at home and nobody saw it coming, that is a cost you both carry. Covering ANSR is a quiet, practical benefit for the people on your team who are caring from a distance.

Many of the people you work with, or gather with, are quietly caring for someone far away. You can cover ANSR for them. They get one shared timeline for that person’s care. You get seat counts and an invoice, and never their health information.

This is everything the sponsor sees. No names of the people being cared for, no health information, no app activity.
A company, an association, an alumni group or a charity all work the same way here. You pay for seats, and the families decide what happens inside their own account.

Diaspora associations, temples, churches, gurdwaras, mosques and synagogues. Your members are often the ones caring across an ocean. Cover seats for them, or start by hosting a session on caring for family far away.
A graduating class that is now caring for its parents across three continents. Alumni groups can cover their members the same way an employer does, with one invoice and no access to anyone's health record.
An apartment community looking after its older residents, or a charity supporting carers. Same seats, same privacy, same invoice. Only the name on the bill is different.
Running a care home or assisted-living facility instead? That is a different relationship, where your staff record care, and it has its own page →

One seat covers one household: the people they care for, plus the family members and caregivers who help. We agree a number with you and invoice you directly. Nobody you cover is ever asked for a card.
02
From your sponsor portal, offer a seat to someone's email address. They get an email from us saying who is covering them and exactly what you will and won't be able to see.
03
Accepting takes one tap in the ANSR app, and nothing happens until they do. Signing in does not enrol anyone. Someone who would rather keep their family's care to themselves simply doesn't accept.

If they already use ANSR, their timeline, history and care circle stay exactly where they are. The only thing that changes is who pays. If they are new, they set up the person they care for in a few minutes.
What a covered family gets is the whole product. Here is everything ANSR does →
This is not a setting someone could switch on. The sponsor side of ANSR is built without any route to a family’s care record, so nobody on it, administrators included, could see one. It is also the first question your people will ask, so we answer it in the offer email before they decide.
How we protect the data itself is on our security page →
People change jobs and let memberships lapse. The family’s care should not notice. So when a seat ends, the only thing that changes is who pays.
When you withdraw a seat, the family keeps everything they had for 30 more days. We email them straight away with the date, while it is still useful to know.
After that, the family moves to ANSR Care, our free plan. Their timeline, history and care circle stay exactly as they were. Nobody is removed and no alerts stop.
Put the seat back within the 30 days, after a reversed resignation or a late invoice, and it is as if nothing happened, because nothing did.
Tell us who you would like to cover. We will walk you through the sponsor portal, show you exactly what your people will see when the offer arrives, and agree a number of seats that makes sense to start with.
