Welcome to ANSR HealthAI. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any services we offer (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services. If you are using our Services on behalf of an elderly family member, you confirm that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.
2. About our services
ANSR HealthAI is a family health platform that provides:
- Web dashboard: A browser-based interface for family members and caregivers to monitor health data, view reports, and coordinate care.
- Mobile application: An app for real-time health monitoring, alerts, and care coordination.
- WhatsApp notifications: Health alerts, medication reminders, daily wellness summaries, and care updates delivered via the WhatsApp Business API.
- Wearable integration: Connection to health-monitoring devices that track vitals such as heart rate, SpO2, sleep quality, and activity levels.
- Digital health wallet: Storage and management of prescriptions, lab reports, medical history, and other health documents.
- AI-assisted insights: Trend analysis, early warning detection, and personalised wellness recommendations reviewed by clinicians.
3. Account registration
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
3.2 Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
3.3 Adding family members
When you add elderly family members or caregivers to your care network, you confirm that:
- You have their consent to share their health information on the platform.
- You have the authority to manage their health data (as a family member, legal guardian, or authorised caregiver).
- You will respect their privacy and use the platform in their best interest.
4. User responsibilities
When using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Use the Services only for their intended purpose of elderly care management.
- Not share your account credentials with unauthorised individuals.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse our platform or its AI models.
- Not upload malicious content, spam, or content that violates others' rights.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Health data and medical disclaimer
ANSR HealthAI is a health monitoring and wellness platform. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Please understand that:
- Our AI-assisted insights are informational and do not replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.
- Vital sign readings from wearables are intended for wellness monitoring, not clinical diagnosis.
- Medication reminders are based on information you provide — always verify with a doctor or pharmacist.
- In a medical emergency, always call local emergency services (112 in India) first.
- We do not provide medical diagnoses, prescribe medications, or offer clinical treatment.
You agree that any health-related decisions you make based on information from our platform are your own responsibility, and you will consult with qualified medical professionals for medical advice.
6. WhatsApp messaging
By opting in to WhatsApp notifications, you agree that:
- We may send you health alerts, medication reminders, wellness summaries, and service updates via WhatsApp.
- Message frequency varies based on your notification preferences and health events.
- Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or updating your preferences in the app.
Our use of the WhatsApp Business API complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not use WhatsApp data for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Intellectual property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, AI models, and algorithms — are owned by ANSR HealthAI and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our platform's content without written permission.
- Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without authorisation.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform using automated tools.
Health data you upload remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your personal health information. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide and improve our Services.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal and health data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We do not sell your personal data. Your health information is used only to provide and improve our elderly care services.
9. Service availability
We strive to keep our Services available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will try to notify you in advance).
- System updates and improvements.
- Events beyond our control (internet outages, natural disasters).
We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by temporary service interruptions. For critical health emergencies, always rely on emergency services rather than our platform alone.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- ANSR HealthAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated insights or wearable device readings.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
11. Termination
11.1 By you
You may stop using our Services and delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting hello@ansrhealthai.com.
11.2 By us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You use the Services for unauthorised or illegal purposes.
- Your account has been inactive for more than 24 months.
- Continued use poses a security risk to our platform or other users.
If we terminate your account, we will notify you in advance (unless the termination is due to a security threat) and provide an opportunity to export your data.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Before pursuing legal action, please contact us first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will:
- Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
- Notify you via email or in-app notification for significant changes.
- Post a notice on our website.
Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using our Services.
