An assisted-living day is organised by round — the 08:00 med pass, the morning BP sweep, the handover at shift change. Software that only offers one resident at a time makes your staff do the collating. These are the screens they work from instead.
The morning med pass
One screen for the whole 08:00 round rather than eighty resident records opened one at a time. Given, refused, held — each with the slot it belongs to, not a timestamp somebody has to interpret later.
The vitals round
Work down the floor entering readings as you take them. Anything outside that resident's own thresholds is flagged as you go, so the exception is found on the round instead of at the end of the shift.
